2017 Exultet Chardonnay ($49.95)

VQA • Prince Edward County • VQA

From the sister barrels of “the Blessed”. A little leaner and more immediately approachable, though top tier and true to terroir with tree fruits, melon and balanced acidity. An absolute steal – very limited production.

Pair with steamed halibut with capers, lemon / oil and asparagus. Drink 2019 – 2025+

2017 "The Beloved" Pinot Noir ($65)

VQA • Prince Edward County • VQA

The cool, wet 2017 season presents a nose of dark fruits and cherries, still very youthful, but follows through on the palate to show a classic cool climate pinot with elegance and beauty to satisfy those enamoured with pinot. Outstanding! Don't be shy, some things are worth it!

Pair with pork tenderloin encrusted with mustard and peppercorns and rosemary potatoes. Drink 2020-2030+

2017 "The Blessed" Chardonnay ($65)

VQA • Prince Edward County • VQA

A rich, beautiful chardonnay with a nose of citrus fruits, pineapple, white apples and peaches, and hints of caramel. A palate of fresh acidity with lemon / citrus notes and a huge mouthfeel of flavours and an outstanding long finish. Stunning! Whether something so beautiful and authentic should be neglected, judge for yourself. Don’t let others exercise their preferences.

Pair with roasted leg of lamb with a side of roast vegetables. A cellar keeper – drink 2019 – 2029+
