2016 Pinot Grigio

VQA Prince Edward County VQA

An infrequent offering of a rich, generous expression of Pinot Grigio reminiscent of Exultet’s 2013 Pinot Grigio.  A complex, heavier bodied Pinot Gris / Grigio. Rare, copper tinted with characteristic white floral and citrus notes and medium weight. Rich incredible length and depth. Enjoy alone overlooking the vineyard it was raised in, on our patio, or with a rich seafood entre’ Exquisite!

2016 "The Beloved" Pinot Noir

VQA Prince Edward County VQA

This single clone estate grown Pinot Noir is richly colored with dark ruby hues. Rich herbal fruit compote with oak barrel smokiness. Palate of herbal richness balanced by vanilla and dense dark fruit character (so 2016!). Supremely gifted with dark chocolate and coffee, balancing all on a mid to heavy weight frame. Exciting – covers all the bases. A supreme Pinot from Exultet. Drink 2017-2025+

2014 Royal Road Recipe

This is a dry white wine made from 100% locally grown apples. The aromatic nose of apples is accompanied on the palate by a very dry and crisp finish. Serve chilled. Makes for a refreshing patio sipper. Great with appetizers, summer salads and an awesome pairing with pork dishes.

2016 cru X Rosé

VQA ONTARIO VQA

Our expression of summertime or anytime fun! A blend / blush of 51% exclusive vineyard Pinot Noir with 49% Vidal grown adjacent to the Pinot Noir. A variation from year to year due to varying conditions and blend percentages.  Truly unique, dry with subtle strawberry and citrus notes. Mouth watering freshness and a structured finish. Great enjoyed alone or anytime you’re in need of sunshine, or chilled for on the beach. Serve alone or with Portuguese Chicken Peri Peri (for recipe see Food & Drink LCBO magazine early summer issue).

Exultet is a small, hands-on, family-run operation from vineyard to bottle. Our goal is to make the most elegant expression of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay that this land is capable of. To make a wine that says by its taste that it comes from our particular vineyards. Wine that exults!
